Tokens are kinda like partial words. Every time you chat with the bot, your words are broken down into smaller units that are called tokens.

1 token is about the same as 4 characters, 100 tokens are around 75 words.

A good rule of thumb is

• 1 token ~=0.75 words

• 1 token ~= 4 characters

• 100 tokens ~= 75 words

• 1 paragraph ~= 100 tokens

For example, the sentence "I like Ora more than chicken and waffles" contains 40 characters, 10 tokens and 8 words.
