# Customize your bot settings

With GPT Customizer, you can customize your bot welcome message, create (or edit) your bot custom command and manage your bot admin.

[#set-your-bot-welcome-message](#set-your-bot-welcome-message "mention")

[#set-your-bot-custom-commands](#set-your-bot-custom-commands "mention")

[#set-your-bot-admins](#set-your-bot-admins "mention")

### Set your bot Welcome Message

To add custom welcome message to your bot, just send **/set\_welcome** to @gpt\_botbuilder\_bot.

A welcome message will pop up automatically when a new person start your bot.

### Set your bot Custom Commands

You can add (or edit) custom commands to your bot, just send **/set\_command** to @gpt\_botbuilder\_bot.

A custom command response can be anything — formatted text, link, image, video, even a gif or a sticker.

Your users will see the custom commands in the bot menu.

To remove a command, use **/delete\_command**.

### Set your Bot Admins

Send **/set\_admin** to @gpt\_botbuilder\_bot to manage your bot admins.

Admins can do everything that bot owner can, except delete bot and edit admin list.

Use **/adminlog** in your direct message with @gpt\_botbuilder\_bot to keep track of exactly what the other admins are doing with your bot settings: upload data, set custom command, set welcome message, delete data, and more - everything can be moderated.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.easyprompt.xyz/easyprompt/product/gpt-customizer-your-custom-chatbot/customize-your-bot-settings.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
