Set up your bot
Q: How do I create my own custom bot?
To create your own custom bot, follow these steps:
Open GPT Customizer (@gpt_botbuilder_bot) on Telegram
Send "/newbot" to @gpt_botbuilder_bot and follow its instruction to create your Telegram bot via @botfather.
Once your Telegram bot is created, you will get a message containing your bot API access token from @botfather. Copy this token and send it to @gpt_botbuilder_bot to successfully create your custom bot.
Q: Which bot settings are customizable?
With GPT Customizer, you can customize your custom bot's welcome message, create (or edit) your bot commands and manage your bot admins.
Q: How do I set my bot Welcome Message?
To add custom welcome message to your bot, just send /set_welcome to @gpt_botbuilder_bot.
A welcome message will pop up automatically when a new person start your bot.
Q: How do I set my bot Custom Commands?
You can add (or edit) custom commands to your bot, just send /set_command to @gpt_botbuilder_bot.
A custom command response can be anything — formatted text, link, image, video, even a gif or a sticker.
Your users will see the custom commands in the bot menu.
To remove a command, use /delete_command.
Q: How do I set my Bot Admins?
Send /set_admin to @gpt_botbuilder_bot to manage your bot admins.
Admins can do everything that bot owner can, except delete bot and edit admin list.
Use /adminlog in your direct message with @gpt_botbuilder_bot to keep track of exactly what the other admins are doing with your bot settings: upload data, set custom command, set welcome message, delete data, and more - everything can be moderated.

Q: How can I upload my data to train my bot?
To upload your files, send "/upload_data" to @gpt_botbuilder_bot.
Each data file should be less than 3MB for free users, and less than 10MB for paid users.
To remove a file, use /delete_data.
Q: What are supported file formats?
GPT Customizer's supported file formats are .pdf, .docx and .txt.
Q: Can I upload multiple files to one chatbot?
Yes, if you have a paid plan you can upload unlimited files to one chatbot. For free plans, it is limited to 3 uploaded files. All uploaded documents are encrypted and processed securely.
Q: How much data can I give one chatbot?
Free Plan: 500K Characters (~5MB) | Starter Plan: starting with 10M Characters (~140MB) and you could buy add-ons for extra characters.
Q: How do I know how many characters are in my document?
Once you uploaded your document(s) to GPT Customizer, it will show you the character count of the uploaded document.
Q: Are the upload character credits monthly or lifetime?
Please note: The upload character credits are lifetime, not monthly.
Unlike traditional systems, indexing and storing data or “characters” with LLMs (large language models) is a very expensive operation and so the “character” limits are for the lifetime of the plan.
This means that once you reach the limit, you’ve used up your data indexing allowance, and the system will stop processing new data on the account (irrespective of whether you have deleted older data). This limit is not renewed every month; it’s for the lifetime of your plan. At that point, you will need to buy add-ons for extra data indexing capacity.

Business Plan: Designed for businesses with specific requirements, this custom plan offers everything in the Starter Plan plus enhanced security with private GPT models and private vector db deployments. Also includes a dedicated account manager, training sessions, priority support.
Q: What addon options are available in the Starter Plan?

Q: What counts as one chatbot?
One chatbot means a chatbot that contains specific data and can answer any question about this data. Even if it was created using multiple documents.
Q: How do message credits work?
One AI response with gpt-3.5-turbo (the default) costs 1 message credit. One AI response with gpt-4 costs 20 message credits. You can change which model your chatbot uses in the chatbot settings. The difference is because gpt-4 costs 15x (prompt tokens) and 30x (completion tokens) what gpt-3.5-turbo costs on OpenAI.
The message credit included with your subscription plan doesn’t roll over – if you don’t use it during the subscription period, it’s lost.
Your message credits are renewed at the start of every calendar month regardless of when you subscribed. So if you subscribe on the 15th of March, your credits will be renewed on the 1st of April.
Q: I have exhausted my messages before the start of the next billing month. How can I get more?
If your messages are exhausted during the month, you can purchase more as addons, and only the prorated difference will be charged based on the remaining days in the billing cycle. If you need fewer messages next month, you can again remove certain addons and be charged accordingly.
Q: Are there any discounts available on GPT Customizer pricing plans?
Yes, GPT Customizer offers multiple discount options to provide you with the best value:
Annual Discount: Subscribe to our annual plans and get 2 months free. That means you effectively get 12 months of service for the cost of 10 months.

Q: When will my subscription renew?
All GPT Customizer Bot subscription plans are non-recurring. Your subscription will end at the end of your current billing period.
If you want to renew your subscription, use the /subscribe command.
Q: Can I be charged in a currency other than cryptocurrency?
Currently, we’re unable to accept payments in currencies other than cryptocurrency.
Q: What payment methods does GPT Customizer Bot accept?
All GPT Customizer Bot payments are processed by CryptoBot.
PayPal, wire transfer, and other payment methods are not currently supported.
Q: Can I remove the "Powered by EasyPrompt" Branding?
Yes – you can now white-label and remove the “Powered by @easyprompt. Create a bot like this with @gpt_botbuilder_bot” branding (available as an add-on).
